Are you ready to be part of a game-changing transformation? From 2024 to 2026, we're revolutionizing our HRIS environment with the implementation of Workday, our cutting-edge HRIS platform. Workday is a modern, professional platform that will redefine our HR operations. We're building a global network of Digital HR specialists to manage HRIS for our De Heus regions, and we want you to be part of this exciting journey representing our North West Europe region and located at our head office Ede, the Netherlands!

Our HRIS network will be consisting of your peers who are located in the biggest countries of De Heus. You will be focusing on a successful implementation and operation of Workday for your own region, but at the same time have the opportunity to specialize yourself in a digital expertise and learn and collaborate with global peers.

As a Digital HR Specialist, you will:

  • Be a Key Player in Implementation: Join our implementation team to collect requirements and data for your region. Once we're live with Workday, you'll handle the day-to-day operations including payroll integration for your region North Western Europe.
  • Lead and Coordinate: Take charge as the project coordinator for Workday implementation in the region North Western Europe. Lead data streams, ensuring smooth data migration and quality checks.
  • Support and Innovate: Provide overall support in architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment. Consult with country SMEs to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Post Go-Live Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and Support: Handle day-to-day HRIS questions and tickets from the region North Western Europe. Manage core data and ensure top-notch data quality.
  • Analyze and Report: Build reports and prepare analytics effortlessly.
  • Collaborate Globally: Be part of a global network of Digital HR Specialists, fostering community and providing backup support when needed.
  • Solve Challenges: Tackle operational challenges and maintain interfaces between Workday and local payroll systems.

Your educational background and competencies

  • Bachelor degree and/or master degree
  • 3-5 years (international) experience in the field of HR is preferred
  • Strong affinity with HR technology, IT
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong project and change management skills

You recognize yourself in the following concepts: Strong communicator, analytical mindset,  problem solver and creativity. The term outside in view, is part of the skillset you bring on the table. Result oriented, collaboration, being part of our De Heus culture, norms and values, is part of your DNA. Finally you should be able to speak English and Dutch fluently.
