Olga Wodzýnska – Head of the broiler department
Olga’s journey with De Heus Poland began long before she officially joined the company. As a livestock breeder, she used De Heus feed products and attended several company-organised meetings. When she decided to move on from breeding, applying to De Heus felt like the perfect next step.

Climbing the career ladder
Olga started as a Junior Sales Specialist in the poultry department, working in field sales. She then moved into coordination, managing planning and contracting, mainly in the broiler sector. Over time, she was promoted to Coordination Expert, where she built partnerships with slaughterhouses and hatcheries. Later, she led the coordination team before returning to sales as the Head of the Broiler Department. “Now, I have the pleasure of working with a team that has inspired me since the very beginning of my journey,” she shares.
