Soraya Vedana – Marketing Manager
Soraya Vedana is a native of Campinas (SP) and currently holds the position of Marketing Manager at De Heus Brazil. With over 15 years of professional experience, Soraya is a strategic leader with extensive expertise in digital marketing, communication, and audiovisual production. Her work is vital to expanding De Heus's presence in Brazil, spearheading campaigns and initiatives that drive the company’s growth in the competitive animal nutrition industry.
A diverse, results-driven career
Soraya began her career in the communication and marketing sector, working with telecommunications companies and television broadcasters. More recently, she transitioned to agribusiness through De Heus Brazil, where she has been contributing for five years. She holds a academic background, including a degree in Social Communication and two MBAs — one in Marketing and another in Radio and Television Management and Production. This strong technical and practical foundation is applied daily in her role.
“Marketing in agribusiness is an interesting combination of strategic analysis and creativity. Here at De Heus, I have the pleasure of leading a dedicated team working on integrated actions to meet our clients’ needs and explore growth opportunities in the sector. After all, this is still a vast field, and we need to delve deeper to understand the best ways to communicate. Part of our role is also to combat misinformation that often reaches the end consumer, ensuring that accurate knowledge is widely disseminated,” Soraya explains.

The role of a Marketing Manager at De Heus Brazil
Since joining De Heus in 2019, Soraya has played a central role in defining and executing the company’s marketing strategies and projects. She began as a Marketing Analyst and, thanks to her outstanding performance, quickly rose to the roles of Coordinator and Manager. Today, she leads a multifunctional team, coordinating both tactical and strategic actions, tracking results through essential KPIs, and promoting the continuous improvement of processes.
“Every action or campaign we develop is data-driven and focused on measurable results. Our goal is always to optimize the client experience while strengthening our brand recognition for quality and innovation in the animal nutrition sector,” Soraya states.
