Daroth Vantha – Quality Supervisor

Daroth's journey began as a lab officer at an animal nutrition company, where she honed her skills for three years. She then became a lab assistant at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) for a year before transitioning to a QA role. In 2020, she joined De Heus as a Lab Supervisor, and her dedication led to her promotion to Quality Supervisor in 2022. Her passion for chemistry and nutrition has driven her professional growth, allowing her to excel in her field.

Daroth values teamwork and actively fosters a collaborative environment. “I am proud of the improvements in team dynamics, where colleagues now prioritise collective success over individual achievements. By encouraging open communication and pushing my team to think outside the box, I have enhanced the team's performance and morale”, says Daroth.
